Your worldview matters

Why Your Worldview Either Makes You Or Break You

Jesus said to Pilate in John 18, verse 37.

Pilate says, “You are a king, then?” And Jesus answered him, “You say that I am a king. In fact, the reason I was born and came into the world is to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.”

And listen to what Pilate says in John 18:38: “What is truth?” And the scripture says that with this, he went out again to the Jews gathered there and said, “I find no basis for a charge against Jesus.”

Pilate had pretty much asked the greatest question anyone could ask. Jesus—the God of the universe—was standing in front of him in a human form, and Pilate says, “What is truth?” Now, did Pilate say it because he meant it? Or was his question dipped in sarcasm? Scripture doesn’t tell us if he was being sarcastic or genuinely curious, but that’s beside the point today.

Jesus said that everyone who is on the side of Truth listens to Him, now was that a true statement or not? I believe it is a true statement and that leads me to the topic I wanted to tackle today-your worldview . It’s pretty much your greatest weapon, and it determines how your life is going to end and where you’re headed once you breathe your last. Without objective truth and reality, you are utterly doomed. In the video below, I’ll address the concept of worldview and its indispensability.
